Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit skilled and time-served Fabricator/Welders to join our team in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of structural steelwork, access metalwork, and bespoke fabrication projects.
You’ll be part of a hands-on production team, responsible for delivering high-quality fabricated components in line with engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate from engineering drawings and job packs.
- Carry out tacking and welding (MIG) to a high standard across mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium (where applicable).
- Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drills, grinders, and presses.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently within agreed timescales.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the fabrication and welding process.
- Work collaboratively with production, design, and installation teams.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Support continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in MIG welding (TIG and MMA experience advantageous).
- Skilled in general fabrication processes - cutting, folding, drilling, and assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Understanding of workshop health and safety practices.
- Forklift or crane operation experience is beneficial (training provided if required).

Monday – Thursday: 06: 00 – 14:00 | Friday: 06:00 – 13:00
39 hours per week (plus any available overtime)
