We believe in offering our customers the best possible finish. This is achieved through a minimum* of 16 separate processes which start upon completion of the manufactured product in bare metal.

Each item under goes the first stage of the finish within the galvanizing process which is carried out in accordance with BS EN ISO 1461:2009. This is then followed by our own in house inspection where we manually remove any sharps that may have occurred during the process. Once this part of the finishing treatment has been completed the product then under goes the powder coating process which is carried out in accordance with BS EN 13438:2013.

*this does not include all of the rinses which occur as part of the process.
