Modern Day Estate Fencing

Published on May 16th, 2018

Estate Fencing is something that has been used in abundance for country estates, park fences and landowners since the turn of the century. This is down to its highly effective protection of land against animals alongside giving a visual marker of land boundaries.

Extremely popular in the early 19th century its reputation of use in beautiful and regal places has created a modern day demand for the fencing in both traditional settings and on housing properties. Originally the fencing was created from wrought iron however modern techniques have meant that it can now be made from mild steel a lighter stronger alternative. The fencing will also be galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:2009 standard, which will give long lasting protection against rust. Estate fencing is a very versatile solution; the metal can be easily shaped for uneven ground allowing the fencing to follow the contour of the land.

Our Steelway Fensecure fencing is available in two heights 1 meter and 1.2 meters. With the option of two different styles and matching double or single leave gates, a site survey is also offered upon request.

The fencing can be delivered directly from the workshop to your home, place of work or any other location required. The Estate Fencing is a loose parts system and will arrive on site as welded panels that will simply bolt together, each length will arrive pre galvanized with optional power coating.
