ASSISTANCE WITH FUNDING, DESIGN AND PLANNING
We understand that planning a project, understanding where to find funding and knowing what kind of equipment to provide can be a minefield if you have never done this type of project before. We will provide you with advice on what to specify, Q50 specifications, planning drawings and guidance on where to obtain funding for your project.

SITE SURVEYS
To fit the plan and profile of the site we deliver a professional service by sending out a surveyor to gather the full site information. In so doing we avoid the necessity of cutting and drilling on site, with all the potential Health and Safety problems that brings. We also avoid damaging the protective and decorative finish that you have paid good money for. Simply, this extra care means that you get a better finished project.

LAYOUT DRAWINGS
The information provided by our surveyor is passed through to our highly equipped drawing office. Your project will be drawn up by one of our fourteen experienced computer aided design operators to produce detail elevations and layout drawings for your approval before any fabrication work begins.

MANUFACTURE
Once we receive your approval, copies of these drawings and component parts lists are sent through to our production office for processing. If you want to track the progress of your order, then by contacting us, quoting the job number given on your acknowledgement of order, we can easily provide the information you require.

DELIVERY
We have our own fleet of vehicles together with a network of reliable couriers and haulage companies to deliver your chosen products to your site or place of business. As part of our commitment to reduce our carbon footprint we integrate our deliveries across the company to ensure only full loads are sent out.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We have trained Project Managers who have experience co-ordinating multi-trade installations over extended periods, keeping the projects on track and within budget.

INSTALLATION
Health and Safety is of the utmost importance to us regardless of whether we are a main contractor working to CDM regulations or as a sub contractor. Our installation teams are trained in safe practices and carry CSCS cards as a guarantee that they have undertaken the Operative Health & Safety Test.

OPERATIONS UNDER ISO9001 QUALITY ASSURANCE
This is a management system. It ensures that there is a fully traceable management of the hundreds of purchase orders being processed through the factory at any one time. We know that the most important job going through the factory at any one time is yours.

By following this discipline we ensure that every single individual gets a quality of service and product that fully meets their expectations………….and that includes you!

MAINTENANCE
It is important that once our products are installed that a schedule of maintenance checks are carried out to ensure the court not only looks good but is safe for many years to come. A full maintenance schedule is available from our sales department. A full range of spare parts are available for all of our products.

CUSTOMER CARE
All staff are responsible for ensuring that customer service meets the requirements of our Customer Care Policy. All contractors have a responsibility to ensure that both they and their staff also meet Steelway's standard of customer service.
