FLOORING > STANDARD RANGE RECTANGULAR PATTERN
Four types of standard pattern gratings are
readily available. They are designated by
the pitch (centre spacing) in mm’s of the
load bearing and transverse bars.
Stock Panels
These can be supplied in nominal 6m lengths
by 1m wide.
Non Standard Patterns
In addition to the standard range, other
patterns with different pitches can be supplied
subject to availability. Please enquire if you
have a specific requirement outside the
standard range.
Plain and Serrated Load Bearing Bars
Our standard range of gratings with the
special transverse twisted bar provide better
than average slip resistance. Where oily or icy
conditions are likely to be prevalent, then
gratings with serrated edge load bearing bars
can be supplied for improved grip.
Standard Finishes
Self colour, painted black or galvanised to
BSENISO 1461. Alternative finishes are
available on special request.
Fixing Clips
All gratings should be fixed securely to the
supporting structure using not less than two
clips for each panel. A range of fixing clips are
available to suit particular applications.

Fabrication
Your specific requirements are undertaken after submission of our detailed
drawings for your approval. Our proposals will provide you with the optimum
layout taking account of all requirements for cut-outs, shaping and supporting
steelwork. For ease of installation on site, each fabricated panel is hard stamped
on the binding bar with an erection mark to correspond with our layout drawings. |
